FAQ

All U.S. Domestic orders process within 2 business days.
We pack and ship immediately and have your order on the way as quickly as possible/
International orders generally take 2 weeks to arrive, but this time may be extended depending on your locations and local customs process.
If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email support@VantageSmartWatches.com and we can re-send you a new copy.
If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.

We adhere to a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your order was marked "delivered", we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund. Also, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with any issues. If 3 days have passed from the date your parcel has been marked "delivered" and we have not yet heard from you, we will not be able to process the return thereafter.
